The location was great and lovely, within easy walking distance of a popular beach. We booked twin room, it was updated. Excellant service, as the stuff where flexible and efficient.

Asked for the twin room and it was ready when we arrived. It was in a beachfront setting in the restaurant where women were dressed like they should be on the beach.

Unbeatable and super location, the sand beach is close to the venue. We stay in apartment quite often, it is absolutely perfect and ideal. The staff is nice and enthusiastic.

It was new-fashioned with a view at a nearby garbage, good enough for nightlife.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel right next to the beach. The location was perfect for enjoying the stunning sunrise and the beach itself was beautiful, despite some trash left by other beachgoers. The hotel was very clean, especially the pool and garden area. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a lovely view. The breakfast had a variety of choices, including fresh fruit and personalized omelets. Though it catered more to German and French tourists, we enjoyed our 11-day stay and never got bored.

The staff was very friendly and courteous in all positions, the food was again sensational in terms of choice and quality.

The single room was bright, I would have wished that in between, the bed linen would also be changed.

I had a truly amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it is situated right on the beautiful Muro beach. Not only that, but there is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to explore other parts of the area. The staff here are incredibly friendly and service-oriented, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from a mini-bar to a balcony providing enhanced comfort. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of dining options, from a buffet restaurant to a bar and snack bar, ensuring that there is something to satisfy every palate. the quality of service and the prime location of this venue exceeded my expectations.

Not enough shower and changing facilities in the wellness area

Air-conditioned guest room, great beds. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Pool bar and lovely pool. Lovely and amazing location to the first shop we came across, easy to get around. Based not far from Muro and Mallorca, the lovely pine walk parade, and the mountains in the north.

I had a great experience staying at Grupotel. We arrived late and they prepared a nice salad and fruit for us to eat, which was a nice gesture. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice shower. The hotel is located right on the beach, and we had a fantastic sea-facing junior suite. The pool area was beautiful, with a nice bar and restaurant nearby. The highlight of our stay was the food - breakfast and dinner were included and the variety and quality of the food was excellent. The staff was always friendly and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and quiet. The location was also excellent, with convenient access to small local stores and cafes.
